NBP is only one subsidiary of the State bank of the Pakistan. It is growing very fast as compared to other bank which are working about many years ago. NBP Bank is improving its services so that most customers should be attract from its services and able to use NBP as first priority. 


Regional Business Development Manager

This is permanent job in nature. This is the Manager level job the candidate who she or
he appointed for this job this is responsible for the management of posted region which manage the business related work in posted area. This job is not very easy as compared to other position because nature of job can be easily access by its name. It take more attention and responsibilities as compared to other banking job position 

Educational requirement for Regional Business Development Manager

The candidates must poses the degree of Bachelor then preference should be given the candidates who possess the degree of Master in Marketing or Finance from the HEC recognised University of the Pakistan. which the applicants having higher education and experience then he or she will be very suitable for this post. This level job required the additional skill of Ms Office proficiency. Candidates must have Islamic banking experience for regional business development manager. The preference should be given to the applicant who possess the more working experience in relevant field in banking and finance

Main Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Business Development Manager

Its major duty is to present the plan to regional head of this field for achieving of business goals and liability products while ensuring the compliance with all applicable policies, procedure and regulatory requirement.

Manage the product should be delivered in managed time and services in the branch.

Align all the major units to ensure progress towards strategic and operational plans that
support maximum outreach.

Review and identify the performance and provide the improvement opportunities and as well
as update the process where it is mostly necessary.

Increase the valuable customers to branch in which he or she is working.

She or he is responsible for oversight and monitoring of all branches which is operations
under his command.

Maintain the fruitful relationships with the customers for the long term for retention
of business and referrals.

She or He is responsible for ensuring the smooth and error free services to the customers
and timely attendance of their complaints and quires.

The employment should be contractual based for the regional business development manager
