Firstly, Customer Services:

It is include the error free service related to cash receipt and payment of all customers’ financial transaction. All Non- financial transaction as well as financial transaction of All Non-Customer of respected branch with courtesy and Politeness according to SOPs of HBL bank Limited.

Control and Compliance of Prestige Teller

Apply all the HBL bank process according to the SOPs standard Operational procedures as well as KPI in order to follow the bank policies and for achieving high level of performance in HBL bank limited.Check and monitor all the branch activities and risks and to make help role for attaining
the high level of performance for ensuring high rating of audit.

Branch Security Control

Prestige teller is responsible for the safety of branch cash vault, stationary and ATM machine while he or she is processing the financial transactions for maintaining the branch security as well as to reduce the undue risk of respected branch where the applicant is posted.
