The working of phone banking officer is to receive the inbound calls from the customer of allied
bank as well as Non customer of any other bank. Its main task is to provide all the information related to account banking related which may be dealing with account balance and mini statements as well as VDC card or pay Pak card activation, Card activation or card blocking, account related issue resolution and complaint registration related to any issue which is concerned by the customer.
Phone Banking officer also provide the Credit card related services to customer which may be related
to credit card activation, credit card instalment I plan for allied bank available products on instalment and credit card bill on instalment and credit card bill payment related tasks and much more.
Phone banking officer is also provide loan related service which may be related to Home loan, Home
construction loan. Home purchase loan, personal loan, auto car loan and other loan services to the customer for the better growth of the allied bank limited.
